Your RoleDesign, implement, and govern Splunk ITSI and Observability solutions aligned with CIS standards.Maintain and optimize Splunk infrastructure, configurations, and integrations (e.g., SNMP, HEC, log files, add-ons).Monitor system health, data ingestion, forwarder status, and application performance.Develop SPL queries, correlation searches, NEAP policies, and custom dashboards.Introduce new functionalities and automation capabilities across customer-owned tools.Build business cases by quantifying tool benefits and calculating TCO.Implement SRE practices to eliminate toil and improve operational efficiency.Your Profile10+ years of experience in tools management, infrastructure/cloud delivery, or solution architecture.Hands-on expertise with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Observability, and tool integrations.Familiarity with open-source monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Opsview.Strong scripting and automation skills (Unix/Linux, Python, Shell).Experience with ServiceNow, AIOps platforms, and ITSM/Event Management tools.
