Assist Process executive to come up the learning curve by providing side by side assistance whenever required
In the absence of the Process Specialist Team Lead perform the following tasks when assigned
iHandle escalation calls
iiManage and report service levels as per the reporting cycle
iiiManage break schedule for the team
ivCommunicate and manage transport delays

Performs assigned duties according to specific procedures
Capture new scenarios in the process and refer the same to the Supervisor for approval
