About the Role
As a Learning & Development Specialist this individual will be the global expert on all aspects of the L&D
Operations for the Global Leadership Academy, Regional Academy Programs as well as contributing to other academies, including driving corporate standards, processes, instructions, and managing the system administration of Workday LMS including reporting.
The person will be responsible for maintenance and support of the WD LMS together.
with HU Operations Lead. This person will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring learning programs across Global LA & All Regional Programs. This position requires hands‑on experience in L&D operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and an in‑depth understanding of modern learning strategies, tools, and methodologies. The individual will work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, external training partners, and employees to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Your Team
This position does not have direct reports.
What You Will Do
This role would support 50% into Global Leadership Academy Programs and 50% into Regional Programs / Interventions, ROI tracking, program support & deployment.
Learning Program Management
- Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of regional learning programs – All Academies
- Partner with business SMEs to gather the training content, roll out invites & all program activities.
- Organize virtual and in‑person training sessions, workshops, certification programs etc
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Implement post‑training feedback.
- Identify improvement areas based on learner feedback, business impact, and performance data.
- Support the development of new learning formats—microlearning, blended learning, digital modules, and experiential learning.
- Drive L&D p, processes, tracking and monitoring, and reporting standards in alignment with the Global L&D guidelines.
- Act as resource to ensure effective and consistent implementation and delivery of core people processes & programs; manages logistics (before, during and after) for training program coordinates partnerships with professional vendors as required; coordinates nomination process for programs; coordinates facility, accommodation and equipment needs; tracks participation and other success measures; coordinates all expenses and intercompany charges within finance timelines; provides data and reports as needed including for audit purposes
- Manages L&D administration including user support, external license management, local ticket management, tool-linked communication, training of users and trainers, supports the roll-out of tool enhancements, drives reports.
- Develops and maintains state of the art communications channels for L&D such as local intranet pages, information to users, protocol of learning board meetings, training catalogues, program launch communication, training materials.
- Develops learning solutions (Virtual, Self-study and classroom) course materials following adult learning best practices.
- Support WD updation with learning programs, eg : WD program launch, nominations, attendance etc.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Min of 5 years of experience working with HR and Learning Systems
- Experience in successfully managing Learning Systems projects such as roll-out of new tools, training of users, super user support, continuous improvement, and metrics.
- Analytical skills in working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement and executing a plan to deliver on those opportunities.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, and ability to work across multiple levels in the organization.
- Strong learning solution development using basic authoring tools, such as Articulate 360
Bonus Points if You Have
- Project Management experience
- Learning Solutions development experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
