Title - Specialist / Senior Specialist - Data Processing (Dimension)

Location - Hyderabad/ Pune

Experience - 5to 10 yrs

-Understand the Client domain, the product (Kantar viz. cross-media, Brand, Creative etc.), the project and

the job-specs

Understand end-to-end project life cycle

Develop algorithms and write logic for complex programs/ complex quotas/ writing functions/ writing

subroutines

Execute programming tasks/projects of varying complexities, using standard Kantar software/technology

platforms as per agreed parameters

Independently handle multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously

Utilize past knowledge and understand the requirement of the project to suggest simpler and effective

solutions

Accountable to determine feasibility of application of interactive tools in programs / projects

Troubleshoot or propose solutions to work.

Responsible for execution and delivery ensuring required levels of accuracy and as per agreed timelines

Able to independently handle client communication, address queries, and manage escalations while

setting clear expectations

Update line manager / Project Manager, at agreed frequency, especially with risk to scope, time or cost

and recommend possible solutions

Deliver to defined performance metrics and competencies

Comply with defined processes, checklists, and guidelines as per ISO manual

Ensure adherence to defined work practices viz. Time Sheets, work status, responsiveness to queries,

escalation to line manager / PM

Support and adhere to team decisions related to implementation and approach.

Identify opportunities that can simplify tasks and processes. Where required work with Automation team

to achieve efficiencies

Interact with Key Stakeholders across departments within the cluster / country team to ensure the best

possible project outcome

Learn new processes, relevant technologies, products when they are introduced and adopt them as

required. Whenever possible influence / evangelize within the team or other stakeholders

Contribute as a Buddy / Mentor for new joiners in the team

Successful completion & certification on internal skill level trainings; SUP Advance Level Topics within

specified timelines

Any other task as provided by the Manager or the organization at any time.
