About this role:
R&A’s PMO Application Support Specialists are responsible for supporting various diagnostics hosted on the Employee Diagnostics Platform. The team delivers impact by effectively assisting our associates in finding targeted solutions for their pressing questions and requests. The Application Support team is also responsible for executing strategic and ad hoc projects that directly impact our business outcomes
What you’ll do:
- Support Practices for client facing diagnostics on the Employee Diagnostic Platform.
- Ensure high-quality servicing of the EDP L1 inbox. Work closely with Product and IT teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses to associate queries.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. Deep dive into qualitative and quantitative data to identify targeted insights for a diverse audience. Translate insights into actionable solutions, including product improvements and literature.
- Execute and lead (when applicable) process-related activities using data and principles of efficiency, simplicity, scale, and change management.
- Deliver input for timely reporting that communicates process/operations performance, progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Support various projects and initiatives, such as conducting UAT, preparing release notes, and providing updates inside Gartner, as required.
- Deliver intended business outcomes and drive continuous improvement through special projects, including both tactical and strategic analysis.
- Apply and follow project management approaches and best practices for all projects, underpinned by a quantitative/qualitative fact base and in support of change management initiatives.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in application support/product ops/product support, business analysis, or a related role. Preferably supporting product and/or product strategy within a large, complex global organization
- Understanding of requirements gathering methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of project management basics, strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity to process and understand information quickly, diagnose issues to make actionable recommendations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Background in data analysis and/or business intelligence. Comfortable working with large data assets and data visualization applications (ex. MS Power BI, SQL, etc).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.
- Demonstrated track record and experience working in a complex and fast paced global work environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow is helpful.
