Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

·       Onboard new application to HP’s SOX Compliant platforms and processes. This will involve working closely with our business and support teams to generate a comprehensive set of required documents, gather data for the onboarding, and ensure that the application meets all compliance standards.

·       Train the individuals who will be taking over the ongoing Control Performer role, covering all relevant activities to maintain a compliant application. Once the application is fully compliant and all processes are in place, the final step will be to hand it off to HP Support IT, along with all necessary documentation, training materials, and other pertinent information.

·       Support SOX 404 compliance, internal controls testing, and ITGC assessments.

·       Document, assess, and maintain internal controls; manage audit evidence and walkthroughs.

·       Evaluate controls within Icertis (ICI) and Jaggaer procurement workflows.

·       Analyze SAAS applications ITGC Controls for compliance reporting, data validation, and control monitoring.

·       Collaborate with finance, audit, procurement, legal, and IT teams to address risks and remediation.

·       Strong SOX, ITGC, audit, and risk management knowledge.

·       Better to have experience with Icertis, Jaggaer, or any other SAAS tools.

·       Understanding of Change & Release Management

·       Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
