Sourcing Executive (Lightning Components)

Job Description:

The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of infrastructure-related BOQ products, with a focus on lighting solutions. The role involves evaluating multiple sourcing options, performing cost comparisons, and coordinating with various brands, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective supply. The incumbent will manage vendor relationships, track supply schedules, and ensure procurement aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. Preparing comparative statements, quotations, and procurement reports using computer tools will be a key responsibility. The role also requires identifying innovative and economical sourcing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of BOQ-based infrastructure products
• Cost comparison and evaluation of multiple sourcing options
• Coordination with brands, vendors, and channel partners
• Supply management and timely material availability
• Preparation of procurement reports, data sheets, and quotations
• Ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost efficiency

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree (relevant discipline)
• Experience or knowledge in lighting components sourcing
• Proficiency in computers for report preparation, data analysis, and comparisons
• Strong focus on timelines, cost control, and accuracy
• Ability to develop innovative, faster, and economical sourcing solutions
