What You Will Do

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product SMEs, delivery teams, and client teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical architectures including system components, interfaces, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS / Azure / GCP with strong focus on microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Act as a technical bridge between business teams and engineering teams to ensure alignment between organizational strategy and technical execution.
• Participate in solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical decision-making forums.
• Support implementation, integration, UAT, and post-go-live activities to ensure solution stability and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities in architecture, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Proficiency

• Deep knowledge of:
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Microservices architecture
• API design and integration
• Database management (SQL & NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns, middleware, and enterprise architecture principles.

Business Acumen

• Ability to understand organizational strategy and translate it into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in:
• Payments
• Cash management products
• Enterprise banking systems

Solutioning

• Translate business requirements into:
• Simple, scalable, and secure architectures
• Interface designs and data flow diagrams
• Technical specifications and design documents
• Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, compliance).
• Drive solution design that aligns with regulatory and operational needs.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Strong communication skills in:
• Technical documentation
• Verbal and presentation communication
• Act as a bridge between:
• Product SMEs
• Delivery teams
• Client stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in:
• Software development
• Technical architecture
• Solution design
• Project or product delivery
• Experience in banking / financial services domain is mandatory (payments or cash management preferred).
• Exposure to Agile or product-based delivery models is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing enterprise-scale architectures.
• Knowledge of security standards, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong documentation skills (HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, interface specs).
• Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
