Solutions Architect

About the Role:

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design integrated, efficient solutions that drive operational excellence.

In this role, you'll assess the current enterprise systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and design robust solutions across platforms like Halo (ITSM), MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Oracle Fusion HCM. This is an exciting opportunity to influence DAZN's business systems strategy and align technology initiatives with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document business system architectures that support strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Managers, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
• Evaluate existing business systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and integration.
• Lead the architectural design for platforms such as Halo (ITSM), MS Dynamics, Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Oracle HCM.
• Develop architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation to support solution delivery.
• Present architectural designs and strategic roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to guide continuous improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business systems.
• Support and mentor a team of system administrators within the Enterprise Applications Team.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong background in enterprise system architecture, business process design, and application integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing business systems solutions across diverse technology stacks.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, process automation, and API/microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with business system platforms: ITSM, CRM, HR systems and Power Platform.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
