Experience and Skill Set Required: Graduate degree
- 23 years of experience in Presales and Solution Design within BPS (Business Process Services)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and front-end End-to-End RFP lifecycle , including Bid Management and Solution Design for New Age domains in BPS services
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with globally distributed teams under tight timelines
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Presales Solution Consultant for our New Age service line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Presales and Solution Design for BPS services , with a strong track record of managing end-to-end RFP processes . This role demands autonomy, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills to orchestrate RFP submissions by engaging multiple global support teams.

What will NOT work:
Experience limited to non-BPS domains (e.g., product support or technical support). We require individuals with proven expertise in driving BPS/BPO bids and solutions for global service scopes .
Role & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Independently manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ lifecycle
- Anchor and host calls, orchestrate RFP planning and execution
- Lead bid activities and create compelling solutions
- Prepare solution presentations (PowerPoint proficiency is a must) including solution decks, proactive pitches, capability decks, and case studies
- Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competition, and client landscapes
- Drive account planning and strategic inputs for proposals
- Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting RFP responses
- Ability to visualize and articulate solutions with strategic messaging and win themes
- Expertise in creating professional, impactful presentations
- Mandatory BPS/BPO experience in Presales and Solutions
