Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. You will work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to address their needs. You will also provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the implementation process, ensuring the successful delivery of the solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and requirements. - Translate business problems into solution designs. - Create and own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. - Provide guidance and support to the development team. - Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Identify and address potential risks and issues in the solution design. - Ensure the successful delivery of the solution. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Continuously improve and enhance the solution architecture. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Computing. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Knowledge of various technology platforms and systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
