About the Role

Focus Softnet is looking for a Software Sales Specialist with proven experience in selling ERP products. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building enterprise client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through solution-based selling. (

Responsibilities

• Sell ERP solutions to SMB and enterprise clients
• Generate new leads through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Handle the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, demo coordination, proposal, and closure
• Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions
• Conduct product presentations and solution discussions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• MBA / Marketing qualification is an added advantage

Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in software / ERP sales
• Hands-on experience selling ERP products (Finance, HR, CRM, SCM modules preferred)
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Ability to understand business requirements and position ERP solutions
• Experience working with CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling enterprise clients
• Knowledge of ERP market trends
