This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for driving software sales efforts, generating leads, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and engaging in consultative selling to address customer needs. The role also involves identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth through successful sales strategies.

• Proven expertise in Software Sales, Sales Presentations, and ensuring seamless communication with potential and existing clients
• Strong experience in Lead Generation and maintaining a steady sales pipeline
• Demonstrated ability in Consultative Selling to understand client-specific needs and propose tailored solutions
• Proficiency in crafting and executing Sales strategies, meeting and exceeding targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the IT and software industry is highly preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
