Role Description


This is a full-time on-site position for a Software Sales Executive (B2B) based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and delivering engaging sales presentations. The candidate will be responsible for executing consultative sales strategies, addressing client-specific software needs, and achieving sales targets. They will represent PERICENT as a trusted expert in software solutions and effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings to maximize client success.

Qualifications


  • Experience in Software Sales and the ability to understand and convey technical software solutions to clients
  • Proficiency in delivering impactful Sales Presentations that resonate with potential customers
  • Strong expertise in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities to grow the customer base
  • Skills in Consultative Selling and building trusted relationships by addressing client-specific needs
  • Proven capability in Sales, achieving targets, and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially within the software or technology industry, is a plus
