Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, showcasing your expertise in software development and configuration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement and configure AVEVA MES solutions to meet the specific needs of manufacturing operations. - Develop and deploy custom MES applications and interfaces. - Integrate AVEVA MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA. - Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems. - Ensure MES solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Support quality control initiatives and ensure accurate data collection. - Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. - Implement MES-driven solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, AVEVA MES, SQL, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript - Strong experience in AVEVA MES configuration and customization. - Experience in manufacturing environments and understanding of manufacturing processes. - Proven experience in system integration, databases, and network infrastructure. - Configure PI buffer Subsystem (upgrade and Design) - Strong experience in programming languages such as SQL, C#, VB.NET, or Java. - Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. - Quick learner with an enthusiasm for mastering new technologies and tools. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. - Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
