Were looking for a passionate SDE-2 who loves solving challenging problems and building scalable backend systems. Youll work across Java, Spring Boot, gRPC, Protobuf, Python , and modern databasesowning features end-to-end and contributing to a high-growth product environment.

What Youll Do

• Build high-performance backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot and gRPC.
• Design scalable components and write clean, maintainable, testable code.
• Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, and QA to ship features quickly.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For

Core Skills & Background

• Experience: 24 years of hands-on backend development.
• Core Stack: Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot .
• Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, service decomposition, and inter-service communication.
• Communication Protocols: Strong experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (.proto contracts)
• Database: Strong command of MySQL including indexing, query optimization, and transactions.
• Problem Solving: A solution-first mindset with solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience leading a small technical team or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with Python for automation or backend scripting.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Elasticsearch for advanced search and analytics.
• Working knowledge of AWS serverless (Lambda) or container orchestration (EKS/ECS ).
