We are seeking a proactive Social Media Marketer to elevate Techdock Labs online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads through strategic social campaigns. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience managing content and paid ads across platforms.

• Build & execute full-funnel social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Plan, create and publish content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Videos, Shorts)
• Manage platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & emerging channels
• Run and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
• Conduct audience research, hashtag strategy, trend tracking
• Report on performance analytics & derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers
• Respond to community interactions and manage brand voice
• Coordinate with influencers/UGC creators for amplified reach

• 13 years in social media marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager & social analytics
• Strong content ideation and copywriting capabilities
• Basic video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking
• Understanding of platform algorithms & trends

• Experience with SaaS, tech, or digital brands
• Paid ad campaign management with measurable ROI
