Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging content strategies, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Monitor and actively engage with audience comments, messages, and queries
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize budgets for better ROI
• Handle online reputation management and respond to critical situations effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 13 years of experience in managing social media accounts (brand or agency)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies accordingly
• Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Creative mindset with strong attention to visual aesthetics
• Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry is a plus
