We are looking for a Social Media Manager who deeply understands Instagram and YouTube and knows how to grow brands, not just post content.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow Fridos Instagram and YouTube presence end-to-end
• Drive follower growth, engagement, reach, and watch time
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and trends
• Lead content across Reels, Shorts, and long-form YouTube formats
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal teams, including design, performance, and product
• Identify trends early and adapt them into on-brand content
• Build a strong brand voice and an engaged community
• Track performance, analyse insights, and continuously optimise content

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media for D2C or e-commerce brands
• Proven experience growing Instagram and YouTube accounts organically
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviour
• Hands-on experience with creators, UGC, and influencer collaborations
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in using analytics and insights
• Strong storytelling skills with a sharp sense of culture and trends

Good to Have

• Experience with consumer, lifestyle, health, or wellness brands
• Understanding of paid social amplification
• Ability to work fast, test ideas, and execute independently
