Aditya represented UP as a captain at the District Level Cricket during his schooling days, completed his BBA + MBA from GGSIPU Delhi in 201922, and joined Slick App (now Knot.now) as a Growth Strategist.

He started his own venture to dominate the BPC category and become a global player by 2030.

What You'll Do

• Own Effora's social media across platforms strategy, content, and execution
• Build an engaged social media community around haircare and skincare
• Collaborate with design and video teams to create compelling content
• Track trends, plan content calendars, and keep the brand culturally relevant
• Engage with the community respond to DMs, comments, and UGC
• Partner with influencers and creators to grow brand visibility
• Monitor performance and optimise based on insights

What We're Looking For

• A confident woman with a strong on-camera presence and a personal following of 10K+
• 2+ years of experience managing a highly engaging brand social media account
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats
• A sharp eye for design, storytelling, and what resonates with an Indian beauty consumer
• Interest in haircare, skincare, beauty, wellness, and thoughtful content creation
