Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/remote Social Media Manager role in Bengaluru.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing various social media platforms, optimizing content for social media visibility, and consistently engaging with online communities to drive brand growth. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing social media metrics, crafting high-quality written content, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align strategies across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for effectively engaging with audiences and creating compelling content.
• Experience in developing content strategy that aligns with brand goals and audience preferences.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and emerging trends in digital marketing.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Relevant experience or education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
