About the Role:

As a Social Media Executive, youll be the voice and vibe of the brand across platforms. Youll plan, create, schedule, and optimize content while engaging with online communities and tracking performance all to make our brands shine online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Manage communities respond to DMs, comments, and mentions.
• Track analytics and share performance insights with actionable takeaways.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and global pop culture moments.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content approvals and updates.

What Were Looking For:

• 02 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Freshers with strong creative and communication skills are welcome to apply!
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X (Twitter).
• A creative thinker whos up to date with internet culture and trends.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Candidates from in and around Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
