Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Director for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Director will oversee the planning and execution of effective social media strategies, manage content creation and optimization, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Responsibilities include leading a team, analyzing performance metrics, enhancing audience engagement, and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking to build dynamic online communities and elevate brand presence across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies to drive audience engagement
• Proven leadership, organizational, and project management abilities
• Experience in the entertainment/Movie/celebrity industry is a prerequisite
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
