Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven In-House Content Creator to join our growing D2C

brand. This role focuses on building impactful content that supports brand growth, customer

engagement, and marketing objectives not just views.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to create authentic, trend-driven

short-form content across digital platforms. This is a hands-on execution role with ownership

and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, shoot, and execute short-form content (Reels, Shorts, BTS, product

features)

Create content featuring the founder and internal team

Convert marketing goals into engaging content ideas

Stay updated with social media trends and audience behaviour

Maintain a consistent content creation and posting schedule

Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign-based contentMandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing/content creation

Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video platforms

Comfortable working closely with founders and teams

Knowledge of how content contributes to brand growth and sales

Confident with mobile shooting, framing, and basic production

Good to Have

Basic video editing skills

Experience working with D2C brands

Personal content portfolio or active social media handle

Social Media Content Creator
