Soc2 Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SOC 2 Auditor to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, internal controls, and IT audit methodologies. You will work closely with clients to evaluate their systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with AICPA standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead SOC 2 Type I and Type II audit engagements from scoping through final report delivery.
• Evaluate client control environments against the five Trust Services Criteria Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
• Conduct walkthroughs, control testing, and evidence gathering to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Identify control gaps, document findings, and provide actionable remediation recommendations to clients.
• Prepare clear, well-structured SOC 2 audit reports in accordance with AICPA standards.
• Collaborate with client IT, security, and compliance teams to understand their infrastructure, policies, and processes.
• Support pre-audit readiness assessments and gap analyses to help clients prepare for formal audits.
• Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements, AICPA guidance, and industry best practices related to SOC reporting.
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
