Job Description: SOC Auditor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SOC Auditor to join our team in

Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SOC audits, IT

controls, and compliance frameworks, and will play a key role in strengthening the

organizations governance, risk, and compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit engagements end to end

Perform control design and operating effectiveness testing

Assess and test IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC)

Support SOX compliance activities, including control testing and

documentation

Assist in ISO compliance programs (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, etc.)

Identify control gaps, risks, and remediation opportunities

Prepare audit documentation, reports, and compliance deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve governance and risk

management practices

Stay updated with regulatory standards and audit best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

25 years of experience in SOC audits, IT audits, or risk assurance

Hands-on experience with SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting

Strong understanding of IT audit frameworks and methodologies

Practical knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, and application controls

Experience in SOX compliance and testing

Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000
