The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake AWS - S3 EC2 Lambda Data transfer between AWS - Snowflake AWS Security best practices including IAM roles and policies) Python Java Javascript SQL CI/CD Experience in designing & implementing data pipelines ( ETL/ETL data integration) API integration Github Nice to Have : Talend Data Modelling Familiarity wit
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as AWS Cloud Formation Amazon RDS Amazon EventBridge AWS CloudWatch AWS DevOps Amazon SQS AWS IAM Amazon Redshift Amazon Dynamo DB AWS Lambda Layer Amazon S3 and AWS Lambda.
- Implement and manage risk management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of cloud-based applications.
- Utilize Python programming skills to develop test and deploy scalable applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud-based solutions and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based applications and services.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AWS technologies and cloud computing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience in Risk Management and AWS technologies.
- Should have strong expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
- Must be proficient in Python programming language.
- Should have hands-on experience with AWS services such as AWS Cloud Formation Amazon RDS Amazon EventBridge AWS CloudWatch AWS DevOps Amazon SQS AWS IAM Amazon Redshift Amazon Dynamo DB AWS Lambda Layer Amazon S3 and AWS Lambda.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
