Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager based in Mumbai. The Site Manager will oversee and manage clinical trial operations, ensuring adherence to protocols, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring trial progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves ensuring the highest standards of integrity and quality in research execution.
Qualifications
- Managerial abilities include strong communication, problem-solving abilities and team management.
- The position will report to Project Manager.
- Expected experience -4-5 years. The position is in Mumbai Western suburbs.
- Candidate with experience of working in a CRO with execution of dermaceutical , cosmeceutical and dietary supplements trials is preferred though those with experience in handling pharmaceutical clinical trials may also apply.
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and regulatory compliance in the research field
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping with excellent organizational abilities
- Familiarity with safety and efficacy testing in skin, hair, and body care products
- Relevant academic qualifications in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, cosmetic sciences , or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
- Commitment to ethics and professionalism in clinical research management
