We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor / Engineer with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in integrated repair & maintenance (IRC) projects. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to piping systems and refinery environments, along with the ability to coordinate site activities, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects efficiently.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3+ years of experience in integrated repair & maintenance projects

Hands-on exposure to piping systems and refinery operations

Strong understanding of site execution, safety protocols, and quality standards

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage on-site activities efficiently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
