Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design - Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure project timelines are met, manage on-site teams, and coordinate with designers and vendors. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, addressing client concerns, and maintaining project documentation. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to guarantee successful project delivery.

Key Requirements :

• Supervise day-to-day interior site work and ensure smooth project execution.
• Proficiency in Interior Design & Layout drawing reading & understandings
• Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is beneficial
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of work.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and maintain progress according to schedule.
• Check quality of workmanship and finishing standards at site.
• Manage site labour including carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers.
• Track and coordinate material deliveries and site inventory.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the design team.
• Maintain regular site updates and progress reports.
• Customer Service skills to address client needs and concerns
