Role Description

We are hiring a qualified Civil Engineer (B.E. Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate/construction projects. The candidate must have independently completed at least one project from start to finish and should be capable of managing site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle (from excavation to handover)
• Supervise site operations, manpower, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and project managers
• Monitor quality control, safety norms, and project timelines
• Prepare and verify site measurements, contractor bills, and material usage
• Maintain daily site reports, progress schedules, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local by-laws, safety standards, and quality norms
• Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges
