Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing on-site activities, and liaising with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Daily tasks include monitoring progress, quality control, planning and forecasting and active problem-solving along with managing labour requirements. The role requires a commitment to quality, safety, and project deadlines.

Requirements

Vehicle with driving license to commute to various site locations
Willingness to travel within Bangalore to perform site inspections
Ability to manage accounting for site expenses and other miscellaneous costs

Experience in residential projects is a MUST.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and working knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts
Understanding of costing of RMC, BBS, and other raw materials
Experience in Planning and executing construction projects
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site challenges effectively
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices in construction
