Civil construction site at the Project for a very large commercial building execution with above 500 + labour workforce working in two shifts
Role Description
Scounting for veterans ex Indian Army ESM of PBOR rank Havildar - Naib Subedar. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Administrator & IR I/c located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Site Administrator & IR I/c will be responsible for managing daily site administration; overseeing the project site labour camp; ensuring compliance with hygiene standards; maintaining records; coordinating with team members and contractors; and ensuring that administration and support service timelines and deliverables are met for operations and execution. The role also involves communicating with external stakeholders and troubleshooting on-site issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in site administration, civil construction management, and manpower & labour coordination
- Strong organisational skills, record-keeping abilities, and attention to detail
- Understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with team members and stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle on-site challenges effectively
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- A graduate/Diploma in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
- 15 + years prior experience ex Indian Army from Corp Of Engineers Regiment or post relase from the Indian Army in a similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in construction works
