Shop Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Oversee the repair & assembly of heavy and light vehicles (Truck & Buses)
• Preparing & monitoring build timeline as per project requirement.
• Utilization and tracking of manpower resources at shops
• Responsible for preparing Proto-Build PFC & control plan.
• Co-ordination with quality team for part quality issues for unique/proto parts.
• Ensure tracking & closure of all the concerns through PDMS.
• Preparing and flashing the Weekly MIS for project build & Shop.
• Responsible for validation shop & fleet management.
• Responsible for Test Vehicle preparation/On Time readiness with specified test load
• Responsible for documents preparation like scope of work, approval notes, vehicle sign-off, Fleet reports etc.
• Responsible for Execution of activities like static & Tear down benchmarking
• Ensuring preventive maintenance of all tools & equipment’s of all locations.
• Concern Communication & resolution with designer & test engineer fi any during maintenance of vehicle at Shop.
• Closely working with CFT for effective vehicle build.
• Responsible for Shop cleanliness & ensure 5 S & Safety for Shops.
