As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect , you will be responsible for:

• Designing Solutions & creating technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, considering data models, workflows, UI/UX, and integrations
• Leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and development
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Possessing a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules, functionalities, and best practices
• Producing and maintaining detailed system documentation, including design specifications, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and deployment plans
• Creating and coordinating testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions

• Resolving complex technical issues and provide guidance to development teams
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues
• Staying  up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
• Monitoring instance performance and propose improvements
• Developing and implementing plans to improve the Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) process and methods
• Configuring and managing stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents
• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune) for asset management
• Performing troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution to ensure operational success

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• Have minimum10+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
• Have a minimum 3+ years specifically with ServiceNow HAM Pro, including architecture of physical and virtual assets, stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents
• Have Experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with a focus on architectural and release governance
• Have Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules and functionalities
• Have Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including HAM Pro
• Have Experience in scripting, app development, and familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile application design
• Have ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Have Strong understanding of enterprise environments with multiple integration points
• Be certified in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) , ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) , ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM (CIS-HAM) (Optional)
