Job Description

Must have skills

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and components.
• ITSM module expertise is required
• Scripting skills JavaScript (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.) are needed
• Form design, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflow and Flow Designer skills required
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Roles, ACLs, and Data Policies
• ITIL concepts and best practices for ITSM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build/modify forms, fields, UI policies, UI actions, business rules.
• Implement SLAs (definitions, conditions, pause/resume, workflows).
• Service Catalog design
• Create Catalog Items, Record Producers, Catalog UI Policies, Client Scripts.
• Implement flows/sub flows for approvals, notifications, tasking, and escalations.
• Use Integration Hub spokes where applicable.
• Build event-driven notifications, email templates, and inbound actions.
