Service Now - RSM Lead
Role Description:
· 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow CSM Implementation.
· Must possess demonstrated expertise in at least 2 or more ServiceNow CSM projects / implementations.
· Preferred to have good knowledge in RSM (Retail Service Management) and ITSM space.
· ServiceNow CSM certification is an added advantage.
· Solution design and architecture experience leveraging best practices and OOTB capabilities.
· Integrations expertise – Mid Server, AD / SSO, API’s (Rest/SOAP), Third party systems.
Skillset brief:
Experience: 5-8 Years
Skills: ServiceNow CSM, RSM, ITSM, CMDB Integrations, EC Pro, Service Catalog and JavaScript.
