Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Noida/ Pune
Primary Skills : ServiceNow development, Scripting, REST/ SOAP Integration
Description:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development in medium to complex needs.
- Gathering and understanding requirements.
- Strong Experience with implementation of modules related to CSM and ITSM.
- Working experience on Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers.
- Must have working experience in Integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
- Strong experience in scripting language: JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Strong Experience working with relational databases.
- Has working understanding of Agile Team.
- Good to have working experience on MSP based instance.
Must have Certifications:
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer
Desired Certifications
- ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL 4 Foundation
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist
- Micro-Certification: Automated Test Framework
- Micro-Certification: Flow Designer
- Micro-Certification: Integration Hub
