JOB Description:
MUST HAVE:
- 4+ years of relevant Hands-on working experience in the ServiceNow platform ITSM in a developer capacity.
- A Good understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform. Exposure on complete ITSM, Service Portal and ITIL support process the administration, configuration development of the tool
- Skilled in platform Configuration, Web Service Integrations (SOAP / RESTful) in ServiceNow and Integration hub.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
- Experience in configuring client scripts, business rules, scheduled jobs, UI Policies, Notifications, ACLs, UI Macro, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Transform Maps, Flow designer and Data Sources
- Ability to create reports using the standard reporting engine, plus metrics and SLAs
- Follow ServiceNow best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)
