Job Description
Role: ServiceNow ITAM
Experience Range : 4 -7 years (ONLY)
Location : Chennai
Must have : · Service Level Agreements (SLA): In-depth understanding of SLA concepts, types, and the ability to configure them effectively.
· Import Sets and Transform Map Scripts: Proficiency in utilizing import sets and transform map scripts for efficient data import and transformation.
· Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Actions, and Data Policy: Well-versed in the implementation of client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and data policies to enhance user interface functionality.
· Service Level Agreements (SLA): In-depth understanding of SLA concepts, types, and the ability to configure them effectively.
