4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
12 years (or 12 fullcycle projects) of handson experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
12 years of experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with external systems such as UCF or using ServiceNow Use Case Accelerators for regulatory and compliance content ingestion.
Strong knowledge of the risk lifecycle , including risk identification, scoring models (inherent/residual), controls, indicators, assessments, and compliance frameworks.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow integration methods , including REST, SOAP, and MID Server based integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript , Glide APIs , Business Rules , Client Scripts , Script Includes , and Flow Designer automations.
Experience working with GRC Workspaces (Risk, Compliance, Audit) and UI Builder for workspace customizations.
Exposure to Integration Hub , spokes, reporting, and dashboard development.
Strong understanding of upgradesafe , modular, and scalable development practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problemsolving skills.
Prior experience in the BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory).
