Role: Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 25+ years
We are hiring a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to support large-scale HR transformation programmes for enterprise clients. This role involves designing and delivering HRSD solutions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, working closely with HR, IT, and business teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deliver ServiceNow HRSD solutions across enterprise clients
- Translate HR and business requirements into scalable workflows, case management, and portal experiences
- Develop functional design artefacts including process flows, use cases, and requirements documentation
- Work within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning and delivery ceremonies
- Support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Engage client stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- 25+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD or enterprise workflow solutions
- Experience delivering HR transformation programmes in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare)
- Strong understanding of business process automation and enterprise application design
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree required
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (PCSBA) certification are required.
