Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building Indias first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

Role: ServiceNow HRSD Architect Integrations

Key Responsibilities

Lead HRSD architecture (Case Management, Employee Center, LCE, ESS/MSS).

Define HR workflows, SLAs, taxonomy, and data models.

Integrate ServiceNow with SAP HR/HCM, payroll systems, IDAM platforms, and Mobile Apps.

Build automation using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer.

Ensure HR data security and compliance.

Apply a strong AI-first solution approach (e.g., Now Assist, Copilots).

Required Skills

8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in HRSD.

Strong integrations experience (REST, SOAP, OIDC, SCIM).

Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
