JOD DESCRIPTION:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow's GRC applications, specifically Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Security Operations (SecOps). This role involves working with business stakeholders to define requirements, design workflows, and deliver solutions that help organizations identify, assess, and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance and managing third-party relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow GRC Implementation:
• Configure and implement ServiceNow's GRC suite, with a focus on IRM, TPRM, and SecOps modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, user interfaces, and forms to align with business processes.
• Integrate GRC solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external tools to streamline risk management processes.
• IRM (Integrated Risk Management):
• Implement and configure risk management processes such as risk assessments, risk mitigation, and incident management.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to define risk policies and define controls to monitor and mitigate organizational risks.
• Develop and implement reporting dashboards to track key risk metrics.
• TPRM (Third Party Risk Management):
• Lead the implementation of third-party risk management solutions, including vendor risk assessments and due diligence processes.
• Work with procurement and vendor management teams to streamline risk evaluation and onboarding processes for third parties.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to track third-party risks and ensure ongoing risk assessments are aligned with company standards.
• SecOps (Security Operations):
• Configure and implement Security Incident Response workflows, vulnerability management, and security alert management.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate ServiceNow SecOps with existing security tools and monitoring systems.
• Develop automated workflows for managing security incidents, from detection to resolution.
• Customizations and Integration:
• Customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise tools, such as SIEM systems, asset management, and compliance tracking platforms.
• Write scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to enhance platform functionality.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and security teams to gather and define requirements.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and system administrators.
• Perform system testing and provide support during the deployment and post-deployment phases.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, particularly IRM, TPRM, and SecOps.
• Experience in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, etc.).
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems via APIs or middleware solutions.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, risk management frameworks, and security operations principles.
