Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Implement ITIL processes and best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Manage and maintain CMDB, including data modeling and configuration management best practices.
• Utilize discovery tools such as UCMDB or Flexera to enhance IT infrastructure visibility and operations.
• Perform agent installation, API integrations, and discovery configurations.
• Work in hybrid IT environments including Azure, GCP, VMware, and Oracle platforms.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal platform performance.
• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Experience Required:

• 6 - 14 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Experience in CMDB management and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP, VMware, Oracle).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell is preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Harness and automation tools like Ansible is an added advantage.

Education: Any Graduation
