Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with architecture standards.
Develop custom applications, scripts, business rules, UI components, and workflows.
Perform testing, ensure quality, and support deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
Implement process automation and optimization.
Maintain technical documentation and provide user training and support.
Follow customer coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements (Must Have Skills):

4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, SAM, HAM, ITOM modules.
Expertise in Custom Application development in ServiceNow.
Strong scripting experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows.
Experience in ServiceNow Discovery (credential & credential-less), patterns, probes, sensors, MID Server, and schedules.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise monitoring systems using REST APIs and web services.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow plugins (MID Server, Pattern Designer, Service Graph Connector).
Knowledge of ITIL and IT Operations Management concepts.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
ServiceNow CSA & CAD certification (mandatory).
