Job Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform

Work on any of the modules: ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / HRSD

Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations

Support enhancements and platform optimization

Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in any ServiceNow module (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / HRSD)

Strong knowledge of JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting (Glide API)

Experience in workflows, UI policies, and integrations

Good communication skills
