JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification & Experience:
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, integrations, Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business organization etc
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
- Debugging and fixing technical problems
- Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
- Experience in Web technologies - HTML or XML
