Experience in Implementation and Customization of Service Now

Having experience in Planning, Development, and Administration of projects in Service Now.

In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of Incident, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Reporting, User Administration

Good experience in using Service Now utilities such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflow, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Email Notifications, Views, and Form Customizations .

Knowledge of working with different kind of scripts in Service Now and their order of execution

Defined users, groups and roles and providing accessing permissions in Service Now

Strong experience in either of ITSM / HRSD / ITOM / CMDB or Custom applications

Excellent communication skills

Years of experience: 5 to 15 years
