Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM modules (Case Management, Agent Workspace, Customer Portal).
• Build workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub), business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, and automation.
• Configure SLAs, notifications, ACLs, data models, service catalogs, and portal components.
• Support upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions while following platform best practices.

Required Skills:

• 68 years overall ServiceNow development experience, with strong CSM expertise.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Script Includes.
• Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of CSM processes, ITIL, and platform architecture.
• Certifications: CSA required; CIS-CSM/CAD preferred.
